This past summer (2024), I participated in an internal project. During this project, we worked on a 4-week hackathon. Together with my team, we built a beautiful extension. During the project, we started brainstorming about what exactly we wanted to create, and it seemed interesting to us to do something with AI. I also wanted to develop myself in setting up a Design System. I was in a team with several back-end and front-end developers. While the developers were busy with research and figuring out how to work with AI, I was busy setting up a Sogeti Design System.

I used the elements in the design system to design the extension called MAIB. MAiB is a browser extension that can be used to generate an MAB (MAB is a Motivation used to respond to a request) using Microsoft Copilot on the ‘My Requests’ page. The user provides all relevant information to the extension, which then processes it into a prompt. On the request page, the extension fills the input field with the generated response: a new MAB. The user can then send the MAB after review, as the user remains responsible.
